- Implemented Second Chance Reading Program in the 8th and 9th grades.
- Began and facilitated weekly “lunch” meetings with the teaching team
- Switched attendance, lunch count and discipline records to JMC program
- Developed an at-risk study hall for general education under-supported students.
- Researched and began initial review of MISICEncouraged quarterly cross-curricular units in the middle school.
