Manson Northwest Webster Junior/Senior High School shares a commitment to excellence through using best practices to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet their future goals within a safe and supportive learning environment.

Manson Northwest Webster is a member of the Successful Practices Network, sponsored by the International Center for Leadership in Education. The not-for-profit Successful Practices Network is an alliance of more than 600 schools (K-12) that have made a true commitment to continuous school improvement. Members have access a broad range of expertise as well as best practices from other schools dedicated to meeting the challenges of helping every child succeed. The MNW Junior High School staff believes that junior high schools should be specifically designed for students who are changing from childhood to adolescence. Junior High school students are at a unique time in their lives, and a unique school setting is appropriate, matching the learning characteristics of this age. The following educational practices are currently in use during the junior high years:
