(5/19/08) Sukovaty (shot put) and 4x400 Relay (Schreier, Rasch, Larson, Christianson) are STATE CHAMPS! The 4x100 relay (Schreier, Sukovaty, Condon, Christianson) places 8th! School records fall in the shot put, 4x100, 4x400, and sprint medley!

(5/10/08) Cougars win their second straight region team championship qualifying eight events and ten athletes (Kelsey Sukovaty, Lauren Christianson, Alyssa Miller, Jessica Kolar, Ashley Markert, Kristine Condon, MacKenzie Schreier, Kenzie Larson, Kirsten Rasch, Morgan Markert). - - - Messenger Article
(5/8/08) Cougars finish regular season undefeated, winning all six of their meets that finished completely. Five meets were cancelled or not finished.
(5/7/08) Another rain-out! SoCal coed gets stopped after six events. Discus throwers and Sukovaty (SP) throw personal bests for the year.
(5/2/08) Another team title at Emmetsburg. Cougars win all four sprint relays to remain undefeated at 6-0.
(4/29/08) Cougars claim back-to-back TLC Championships 2007 & 2008. Stats below.
(4/25/08) Rain-shortened Storm Lake Coed Meet - Cougars finish second with four events remaining. TLC meet on Tues. at Sac City , Emmetsburg meet Thurs., and home middle school meet Fri.day.

(4/19/08) Sukovaty and 4x 100 qualify for Drake Relays Drake Relays Heat Sheets & Time Schedule

(4/18/08) Emily Markert Relays cancelled. Cougars will now run Monday at Humboldt, Tuesday at SoCal, and Thur. at Storm Lake.
(4/16/08) Cougars make it two in a row: MNW Coed and Poky Meet Championships. Results listed below.
(3/25/08) Sukovaty breaks a 37 year school record at the state indoor meet hosted by UNI Tues., March 25! Kelsey threw the shot put 37'7 1/4" to pass the long-standing throw by Jaci Junkman in 1971. The effort also earned her a 10th place finish among the best throwers in the state (all classes/154 throwers). Another highlight of the meet for the Cougars was an 18th finish (all classes/205 runners) by Lauren Christensen in the 200 m. dash. Lauren ran 27.93. All indoor championship results are posted here.
